We are a family company whose brother and sister leadership team have over 30 years combined experience in providing quality roofing and HVAC.
Jeremy and Ellisha both grew up in the construction industry with family members operating HVAC businesses. These two siblings both caught the construction bug!
Jeremy founded Alpha in 2007 in Summersville, WV. Ellisha was out growing her experience working in national commercial and retail construction and roofing.
Forward to 10 years later, when they join forces to expand Alpha into North Carolina. The passion they both have for roofing is evident. The care taken with each project further reflects their passion for roofing!

Abby McClung
Construction Office Manager
Abby is our construction office manager. She handles all communication on work orders, assists in the bid process, job file creation, and keeps the entire team on task! Abby enjoys spending time with her husband and her two active sons!
William Peeples
Roofing Sales and Project Manager
William, our Roofing Sales and Project Manager brings over 10 years of extensive residential and commercial roofing experience to the team. In his free time he enjoys the outdoors, fishing and spending time with his family.
Ellisha McLaughlin
V. President, Managing Director
With 20+ years experience in construction operations, Ellisha leads our team in production, project management, sales support and overall business operations. Ellisha enjoys spending time with her family, the great outdoors and seeing live music in her free time.
Jeremy Collins
President
Jeremy is a contractor with over 15 years experience. The value of one's word and the commitment of a handshake along with the values of trust, loyalty, and workmanship are his core business principles that guide our company. He manages our quality, safety, and technical installation for all departments. When not at work, Jeremy enjoys spending time with his family on the lake.
